OUR STORY: BUILDING ACROSS MAINE AND NEW HAMPSHIRE SINCE 1988
For over three decades, Pine Brook Construction has experienced steady growth while building a loyal and expanding client base as a construction company in Maine and Seacoast New Hampshire. We’ve diversified our project portfolio throughout Greater Portland, the Midcoast, and the surrounding region with the addition of our second office in South Portland, Maine.
Moving Forward With Purpose
Today, we continue to move forward with the same work ethic and practical problem-solving approach (that we affectionally call “Yankee-ingenuity”) that our client’s have come to know love us for.
Whether working as Construction Managers or General Contractors, we are recognized as a competitive organization whose modest size and diversely talented team allow us the flexibility to stand on our own and produce quality results with minimal overhead, whatever the project size or duration may be. It’s a straightforward way to run a job and how we operate as a construction company.
Over the last few years, our scope of work has included projects ranging from affordable housing and commercial tenant fit ups to multimillion-dollar residential housing projects. Our goal always has been and will continue to be value with adherence to budget, quality of product, timely completion and ultimately, client satisfaction.
In 2018, Clint Gendreau assumed ownership of Pine Brook Construction, bringing new energy and perspective to build upon the successful business foundation inaugurated 30 years ago.
Clint Gendreau
President & Senior Project Manger
Jobs: Project Manager, Estimating, Preconstruction Consultation
Clint began his career in Construction in 1998 as an estimator for a roofing manufacturer. Unique to this position was the opportunity to work directly with Architects and Owners designing roofing systems that provided functionality as well as meeting budget constraints.
Moving into the world of project management, Clint recognized the value of a good working relationship with subcontractors. He developed a different and successful outlook towards his construction crews. His tenet became and carries through to today; “Treat people well, and they will want to work with you”. This perspective has come to mean quality for the owner and timely productivity for the construction manager.
Arriving at Pine Brook in 2012, Clint took over estimating and project management operations. Acquiring his skills in budgeting and management as he has, Clint has a unique perspective on the estimating process.
After serving as the Pine Brook Senior project manager for over 6 years, Clint assumed the ownership of Pine Brook Construction in 2018.
